Never Give Up!

When you’re working out and sweat is pouring from your face and every muscle in your body burns what do you say to yourself?

What you say in that moment is the key to whether or not you finish strong, giving everything you’ve got.

Take a lesson from Forrest Griffin, former UFC champion.

As he was preparing to take on the powerhouse ‘Rampage’ Jackson in a 5 round fight for the title he remarked, “I can do ANYTHING for 25 minutes.”

Forrest went on to successfully wear down Rampage with kicks until the end of the fight, becoming the new UFC champion.

Whenever you’re exhausted and there’s 10 minutes left in your workout, remember: YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 10 MINUTES!

Whenever you’ve got 5 reps left and your muscles are shaking, remember: It’ll only take about 30 more seconds. And you can do anything for 30 seconds.

Grit your teeth and finish like a champ.

Never give up.

Always take one more step. Always move closer to your goal.

You can do it.

You can do anything for just that little bit longer.
